Chris And Candace's Engagement Cake
Candace saw this cake in a Wilton Year book and liked it as an engagement cake. We changed the look of the hearts and the base of the cake which originally had knots and crosses. I thought the hearts were a lot more fitting and we added a plaque. The base is all buttercream the hearts are red fondant with gum trag.
The bears were lemon poppyseed cake and the base was a three colour sponge with strawberry and chocolate mousse.
