Made these for my cousin's wedding. Yep - 100 of them. About 2 days, no sleep, and I think I literally cried the last 2 hours before I was done! (I'll never do them again!) LOL The top cake has crystals on the side, and the musical notes were chocolate molds. The chocolate cakes were covered in poured chocolate ganache. The white ones were supposed to be, but I just couldn't get the white chocolate ganache to work. I ended up icing all 50 with buttercream! They were filled with raspberry - and the white ones were champagne cake. Thanks for looking.
