This is my wedding cake (I will NEVER be daft enough to do my own wedding cake again! lol I should hope I would never have to have another wedding cake again!) Three tiers, 10" Pink Champagne w/ champagne bc,, 8" French Vanilla and Kahlua with mocha BC, and 6" red velvet w/ cream cheese filling. This cake came to me in a dream and I spent ages perfecting its design. Over 7lbs of fresh strawberries dipped in belgian chocolate, each tier wrapped in chocolate Pirouline wafers and tied with wraffia ribbon.
