I'm taking wilton classes and we were suppose to make a square cake with a ribbon. I usually don't like what they show in the book, so I tried to do my own thing. I colored the fondant with teal wilton coloring. It was my 1st time covering a square cake...still need to work on that. I really wanted to write tiffany & co on the box, but I was to scared I would mess up the whole cake.
