My DD's 10th birthday cake completely designed by her to coordinate with the puppy partyware she had chosen. 8" lemon cake with strawberry pastry filling and 6" WASC with whipped ganache. SMBC with fondant accents. This was my first time working with smbc and while it isn't at smooth as I would like (would love some tips for that), it wasn't as difficult to work with as I thought.
