A farewell cake for my son who was taking up a position in Japan. Mt Fuji is a stack of 3 cakes, carved and covered in fondant with royal icing snow. Australia is a small, flat cake, cut with a map biscuit cutter, covered with fondant. I made the aeroplane runout with royal icing and flowers from modelling paste.
