So this is a cake for a Med student, Of course she is currently taking anatomy so why not?! Originally I just covered it in fondant as you can see , but then it wasn't realistic enough to serve the purpose...so..lub dub lub dub....haha Fondant, and Piping gel. Thanks everyone for looking!!!
