Made for my sons' senior recital celebration. He's a music performance major. Twelve, 9, and 6 inch cakes. Bottom tier is chocolate fudge, filled with SMBC and fudge. The top two tier are WVSC filled with strawberry SMBC. All iced in SMBC. Wrapped in 3 layers of alternating chocolates. The Mozart was a chocolate transfer sheer. Lots of fresh fruit to negate all those calories!
