This is my first time trying to decorate cookies (NFSC and RI) and was just looking for some feedback. It was much harder than I thought it would be but I think it has become my new obsession. I just have one question. I know from reading that your flooding RI should have the consistency of glue or cake batter, but what should the outline RI be? I think mine was too thick because I was having a hard time piping it out the bag and the line kept breaking.
