chocolate cake - covered in sugar paste, dusted and steamed with green, then the picket fence, built wall and all decorations made from gum paste. This was for a gentle man who turned 80 yesterday, he still loves to be a handy man at home. His family organised this cake for him and were so thrilled with it all. T.F.L
