This is a vanilla cake with strawberry filling. I made this cake for a client who wanted to tell her boyfriend he is the key to her heart.This is my first sculpted cake. It made me so nervous to carve this cake. This heart cake was my make on Colette Peters heart cake in her book CAKES TO DREAM ON. I hope you like it.
