this was a simple cake done for a supervisor at work, she and I share collecting precious moments so when I found this little figure I knew it was the perfect one for her. The cake is marble with a chocolate cream cheese icing, I discovered that using cocoa powder didn't work well in this recipe little dark specks dotted the icing the next morning when it was delivered but no one noticed and the birthday gal was happy
