I made this for my mom's 70th birthday. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting,fondant,swags,real ribbon and gumpaste roses topper. This was my first at gumpaste/roses,swags and using a dummy(bottom tier). I'm still new at covering cakes with fondant. This cake actually brought tears to my mom's eyes! She is a great lady and deserves it! Thanks CCer's for inspiration. Enjoy!
