This cake is a 11 inch high by 8 inch wide and 5 inch thick. It is a homemade tangerine batter cake. Crumb coating icing is a tangerine flavor. I then put a non-flavored foundant tinted to the royal colors. It was the hit of the party. Carl and everyone there just loved it.
