This cake was made for the Super Bowl party that a friend was having. The only problem I had was I could have used an extra pair of hands when putting the cleat (shoe) on top of the cardinal and the dowel went through the center. The cake was marble on the bottom and the cleat was butter cake. Both covered with buttercream. The cleat and cardinal are fondant.
