I made this cake for my friends daughter's 5th birthday. It is a 3 tier Fairy cake, the bottom layer is chocolate cake with raspberry mousse, the second tier is a yellow cake with chocolate mousse and the top tier is a pumpkin cake with a maple walnut filling, Taylor's favorite !!! It is all covered in fondant with a fondant Fairy Crown and fondant Fairy Wand. It was my first time making a cake this size and this involved, but it was so much fun. Hope you like it !
