I made this for my Daughter ...she is a horse freak ... She wanted a horse cake for her 4th Birthday ...and I came across a picture of one on Flickr.com .sarah288 was my inspiration ... and I thank Doug for the diagram it came in really handy . It`s half Chocolate and half white cake with buttercream filling covered in MMF , the head and neck are made out of RK . I now you can see alot of cracking in the MMF ..but I learned alot doing this one . TFL:)
