This cake is iced smooth with buttercream. Ariel is made entirely of gumpaste and made to mimic a cake kit (cake design also mimics cake from kit display). First try at making a 3D figure. I prefer using MMF as it doesn't dry as quickly while you are working with it. I guess I am happy with the end result?!?!?
