A cake I did for my sister-in-laws wedding. It was one crazy day; I had to hurry to set up the cake then hurry and get dressed and help her get ready seeing as how I was the matron of honor. This was my first 3 tier cake, traveling with a cake and wedding cake in general. 6-9 12 inch tiers, middle tier 6in deep the other two were 4. Covered in fondant with fondant, 25 gumpaste roses and royal icing border and scroll work. I would love suggestions for improvement .
