Chocolate cake with chocolate whipped frosting. Hat and boots are molded rice crispies covered in fondant. Rope and horseshoes are fondant. This is my first time using the technique of molding rice cripies so it was a new challenge but well worth it after I saw the mom's face! I won't be using whipped frosting on a cake like this again though!!
