After my first day of this term's cake class, I decided to make my boyfriend a 'feel better' cake. He had a bad day at work and I thought cake would cheer him up. This is just plain ol' buttercream (mint flavored) with chocolate cake. (And I only wish I had the patience to pipe all those little dots. But alas, it is just paper towel texturing, as some people noticed. A quick and easy way to make the cake look a little more elegant.) :)
