I got tons of compliments on these, and wanted to say thanks to JenWhitlock (and Pebbles13, and all the others who posted pictures of these...) for the examples. I used a vanilla-butter sugar cookie recipe from Taste of Home, and Alice's cookie icing. I was really pleased with the result - both in appearance and taste. My first - and definitely not last - cookies!
