This is an extra small version of the igloo cake that I made. I'm making a larger one for my familys christmas and thought that this would be good practice. I'll post that one later. This one I made for work. It has fondant penguins. The igloo shaped cake I made out of the smallest pyrex mixing bowl. A 9 inch round cake for the base. I cut out tree shaped sugar cookies and used frosting the put two together and covered them with royal icing for the tree. Covered it all in coconut. SO fun!
