this small 2 tier square is buttercream iced. Flat, cutter fflowers are fondant. Tiers are elevated w/styro covered in foil w/real ribbon over it to allow the flowers to hang down below the cake line instead of using a border. Inspiration for this came in a British Wedding magazine. It certainly could be used for any occasion and would be equally nice in any other color.
