Made for a friend's 3yr old Thomas the train fanatic. Great practice since my baby boy is one too. Train carved from an 11x14 chocolate sheet cake. It wasn't quite tall enough so I cut the wheels down, hence the "stuck in the mud" look. Iced in buttercream with fondant accents. The fondant started to dry before I was done sculpting the face (Satin Ice)- any pointers?
