I was so nervous about the scrolls. But by the third cake, I finally got the hang of it. All Lemonilla cake - Vanilla IMBC. 6 filled with buttercream, 8 dulce de leche, 10 strawberry cream & 12 buttercream again. Satin ice ribbon & pearls. Gumpaste monogram & pearls. Monogram and ribbon painted with a mixture of mahogany & cinnamon luster dust. Real flowers supplied by the brides florist. It was nice not to have to worry about stacking the cake; those stands were great.
