This cake was made for a husker fan turning 50. The football and sod are sculpted cake covered in buttercream and fondant. The 50 yard line is made with powdered sugar and a stencil, the dirt is cake crumbs and oreos. The logo is a freehand rendering done with an edible ink pen. He loved it!
