This was for my niece's 10th birthday.. She wanted a cake with a manicure theme and polka dots. I tried to find the candy mold for nail polish bottles, but couldn't find them so I made them from fondant/gumpaste.....all the girls thought it was so cute....they all went and had their nails done for the party.
