I got thrown into a full fondant covered cake sooner than I thought when a friend's decorator quit on him 6 days before the cake was due! So my first fondant, & it's a SQUARE cake, too! Had to peel it off and start over once & thanks to Lenette for being my long-distance friend & advisor! Used Wedding White Choco-Pan, then added BC green dots. Implemented my "artistic decision" option and added a fondant trim at the base to cover the small gap.
