Created for a Sushi lover! Sushi is made from mimi cupcakes, wrapped in green fondant and topped with coconut and molded colored multi colored gummy candy. The fortune cookie is also fondant. I wanted the chop sticks to be made of fondant too, but ran out of time so they are the real thing.
