I was comissioned to make this cake as a get well cake for an older man with an odd sense(lol) of humor that was in the hospital. The cake is sourcream pound cake carved and covered with fondant.it reads "Don't crap out on us!" Luckily the guy made it through his surgery. I do have to admit this cake was fun to make.
