I made this cake for a get together with family and friends for after we have my baby son blessed. He was born with a heart defect and even though it's a little cheesy, I thought it would be kind of cute to have there. It's decorated with buttercream icing. I ran out of my red food coloring, so it's more pink than I really wanted it, but that's okay.
