This cake was baked at home then travelled via three coolers to a remote campsite and frosted for a 4th of July wedding. The trick was keeping the cream cheese frosting from melting. 350 pink country roses made of gumpaste circle each tier. 1 white rose and two pink roses sit on the top with the cake topper. Extra Roses and petals adorn the cake table.
