This is my first attempt at a jersey cake after I viewed so many on here. It's a carved 11x15 spice cake with raisins, covered in Irish Cream/French Vanilla buttercream, with fondant accents. It was for my brother-in-law's 35th b-day, thus the 35 on the jersey. Thanks for looking!
