Chicago Style Hotdog
My husband and I have a hotdog cart business that we do on weekends. Our specialty is the Chicago Style Hotdog. For his birthday I made this cake for him. The bun is frosted in BC and the dog is covered in fondant. The pickle spear, relish, onions, tomato wedges, and sport peppers are also fondant. The mustard is BC. The "poppy seeds" are black sugar sprinkles.
