Several cake types. Chocolate cake with cookies n cream filling, and french vanilla with strawberry cream cheese filling. All covered in fondant. Turrets are gumpaste with sugar cones covered in gumpaste. All flowers are gumpaste. Alot of time put into this cake. It was for an outdoor Quinceanera and it started to rain. The cake had to be moved next to the back door. :(
