Made for the Bedminster School's Back to School Night, this cake is four layers of banana cake with alternating layers of whipped chocolate ganache and banana schmutz (a recipe from baking 911 - bananas caramelized with sugar and rum!). It was iced in banana & a touch of lemon cream cheese crusting bc. The top is a frosting sheet where I traced the school logo (my printer ran out of blue ink!!).
