My younger daughter challenged me this year requesting an ice cream cake. 10" square with one layer of chocolate cake and a layer of cookies 'n cream ice cream. Iced and decorated in Cool Whip thickened with pudding mix. Came out better than I expected for a first-time ice cream cake. More importantly, my DD loved it! Thanks for looking!
