This was a coconut cake (all 3 tiers) with coconut frosting and covered with fondant . The imprint on the first and 3rd tier were done with a imprint mat, love the results. The 2nd tier I just embellshed with non edible flores and butterflies. I have to say this was my first time creating this topsy turvy, I wanted to show ther other side but a little rascal at the event poked it =(
