This is a white/raspberry jello poke cake with bc icing for my daughter's 1st birthday. Horses are made of white chocolate and royal icing. I was so frazzled since I had only two hours to make her cake before departing for our in-laws house 4 hours away. Thankfully, it tasted great and the birthday girl seemed pleased. Thanks for looking.
