I entered three items in my states cake show this year one of which was this orchid (the leaves and pot are artificial and were for displaying purposes only) which received 1st place in the 17 and under category for special techniques not on a cake. Unfortunately I was the only person who entered in that category so my competition was my calla lily which received 2nd. Oh well, I guess that shows how rare my talent is at my age ! TFL!
