Rich chocolate cake with poured dark ganache icing. Cake is decorated with chocolate and shortcake balls and chocolate paste roses and leaves (dark, milk and white). I LOVE chocolate paste - makes me feel like I have the talent to make real roses!! It is very forgiving and a delight to work with..........
