I made this for a luau party we were having. Its an 8"/12" on about a 20" base. Base was covered with graham cracker/brown sugar "sand". Cakes are fondant covered with fondant bamboo and gumpaste hibiscus. I wasn't completely happy with the bamboo but I was too worn out from other party prep to think about redoing it. :)
