Made this for a little girl turning 2 and who likes the Little Mermaid, got inspiration from many CC members and the 2008 Wilton book. 12in. round chocolate cake, strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream. Little Mermaid mound and cupcakes are Oreo cookie cake and vanilla buttercream. Flounder and Sebastian are edible plaques, fondant bubbles and fish, seashell are chocolate candy.
