I made this for a guy's birthday who is a huge Vandy fan. The 1st attempt at the Commodore was a frozen buttercream transfer that completely fell apart. The 2nd attempt was a piping gel transfer....also a disaster. So, I ended up hand painting an outline on the cake then piping over that. Third time was a charm but the 1st one was better.
