This is a cake for the traditional Dutch Holiday 'Sinterklaas'. It is celebrated the 5th of December and consists of something similiar to the American Santa Claus (in fact: your Santa is our 'Sint' in a Coca-Cola coating. At the top it says' Thank you Sinterklaas' in chocolate letters.
