I did this as a "test" cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. It is fondant and blue jello. I will add a lot more detail to the "real" cake and do a few things different. I got all the ideas from you ladies and Enchanted Cakes by Debbie Brown...a must have book. I hope the "real" cake turns out as well!
