Annie's Culinary Creations serves the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex with uniquely designed, fresh-never frozen- cakes for weddings and special occassions. This cake features double stacked cakes to achieve a columnar look with several different sizes of pearls (painted with luster dust) and gumpaste flowers. For the flowers I used the 5 petal rose cutter and dried them open in a flower former. The sizes graduate from top to bottom on the cake. The cake can be covered in fondant or buttercream.
