Elk Fbct Made With Cream Cheese Bc
This was another hunting/camo/elk cake for a friends husband (can you tell hunting is big around here?). I wanted to try the 3-d deer cake but just didn't have the time. The cake is sour cream white w/ huckleberry cream cheese filling. The frosting is cream cheese/BC.

Diva, yup the top is a whole FBCT because I wanted it to look flush and not raised. I had to trim the sides a little after putting it on but was able to hide it w/ the border.
