Calla Lilies and seashells
Bottom tier is chocolate with gnashe filling, middle is vanilla with vanilla cream and strawberry jam and top is lemon with lemon buttercream and homemade lemon curd. White chocolate fondant icing for covering and seashells. Everything is made from scratch by me as all I can buy on the island, Fuerteventura, is icing sugar. So it is hard work believe me!
